Measure the Caster Sugar to 40oz and the Butter to 40oz, add din a bowl and mix till white and fluffy.<br />2. Add the One Egg and keep stirring, and stirring and stirring.<br />3. Apply the 80oz Plain Flour and stir a little more.<br />4. Take out and roll it up into a ball, then flatten down on the tray. (You might want to use a rolling pin)<br />5. With a shape cutter in the shape of a heart, cut out hearts.<br />6. Keep in oven for 15 minutes.<br />7. Take out and leave till cool.<br />8.
